(Photo courtesy of Taipei City Department of Cultural Affairs)The Taipei Fringe Festival is organized primarily by the Taipei City Government and takes place this year on September 11, 2011. The Taipei City Government’s Bureau of Cultural Affairs and the Taipei Culture Foundation are also taking part in this event. In addition to introducing its co-creators, the events will also encourage folk curators or producers to put together programs to participate, design special games and spur more creative performers and artists to take part. This all intended to make the Taipei Fringe Festival more interesting, and the festival will continue to provide and develop different kinds of free venues for participants such as ruins, hotels, photography museums or other locations. At the same time, organizers will also put together and market major speeches to provide support and assistance to administrators and advisors and other groups behind the festival.
