How do I register a building as a historical building?

Any individual or organization, be it governmental or non-governmental, that deems an antique building, traditional settlement, old district, ruins or other historical or cultural remnants worthy of preservation, may fill out a building survey form and apply to the Department of Cultural Affairs, Taipei City Government, for certification as a designated historical site or historical building.
